What is a good basic workout/exercise routine?
Thursday, February 25th, 2010I’m 17 and just wondering what a good 30 minute basic exercise routine would be. (Specifics) I mean a good amount of specific exercises (for instance, like 50 jumping jacks, pushups, etc). A better way to restate my question would be to name some exercises and how much of them I should do daily.
30 minutes is not that long but its a start, for such a short amount of time I recommend running up hills Monday, take a brake the Tuesday, biking Wednesday brake Thursday running Friday and so on and so on, thats my old routine.
