Do pull ups count as a bicep workout/exercise?

Because my upper body workout consists of using a pull up bar, mainly. So am i already doing a bicep workout?

pull-ups…palms down is a back exercise. Chin-ups with palms up is a bicep builder. Two totally different muscle groups affected, depending on the placement of the hands

I’m sure everybody wonders about this at some point. So, I thought I’d ask for myself. So, if any of you know, could you please tell me whether those things really work? I ask only because I have actually thought of purchasing one when I have the necessary funds, but I haven’t actually acted on it, and thus far, I have only been on a regular workout plan. So, does a Bowflex home gym work?

I think any workout plan will work if you stick to it, and eat the right foods for the traget goal your trying to reach. A workout plan only works is you follow all the steps it requires. So if you do buy a bowflex, it will work, but it will not work if you decide to slack off and skip a workout for a week or 3 times a week.. You have to stick to a plan…

Bottom line is, the Human body is easy to use. If you want to built muscles, you must use them. if you buy a bow-flex, it will only work for you, if you spend the time to use it…

What kind of exercise routines a 15 year old can do?

i have to design a 2 week execerise program for 15 yr olds and i need more ideas on wat activites to put in during the 2 week period so pls help me! gimme all ur ideas thnks

well this is what i do,I go jogging run a mile or 2.Do around 100 jumping jacks none stop,take a 2 minute break.Then i do some squats 100, 25 in sets,top it off with lounges 100 or 50.u can throw a jump rope to after u run then use the jump rope fore 10 minutes,thats mostly a leg work out.an some sit ups.Now for upper body push ups 50 with your arms wide apart,then bring our arms in an do 50 more then with your hands shape like a diamond 50 more u can do more them in sets.But what realy works is pull ups do some with your hands wide an close an some behind your back get the v shape its better than wieghts,an at this age it will make them strong. well i hope u come up with good work out yes back arm use a chair do 100 or more in sets,u get the idea.

How often do I change my exercise routine? And when can I go back to one?

I have been doing Turbo Jam for a year. It worked great! Now, I am changing my exercise routine due to plateu. Can I go back to Turbo Jam and have it work again? Or do your muscles have memory of it forever? How often do you rotate your routine?

If you are a beginner i recomment change exercise every 2-3 week.For a professional every week.Just change the reps or weights or do more or less sets.

do these weight loss programs offered by kaya life, vlcc, that provide passive exercise with machine work?

I have been told that these passive exercise machines provide muscle stimulation that aids weight loss.but i am worried about side effects.If anybody has taken such a program, pls give review.

Yes they work if you do as per as it’s written, I have got to know about few of those who have said that they don’t work, but they will also say that they didn’t followed there rules as well.

How much cardio exercise should i do each week?

im 19, 5′7 and 126lbs. I dont really need to lose weight. But im going to do cardio anyway just to exercise my heart and keep in shape. I lift weights too. So i was just wondering how much cardio i should do ?

30-40 minutes 3-5 times per week is the recommended amount to maintain a good level of health and fitness.
