I need a work out to work my abs, and arms most importantly, and also my chest. i have been doing lots of sit ups and diamond/wide stance/ knuckle push ups. i have no clue what im doing and i dont have any exercise equipment. any ideas? please dont respond with "cough up the dough" or "join a gym"
You are already doing the right things. You could also use objects around your house as weights, such as water bottles, milk gallons, etc, so you can add some chest, bicep and tricep exercises. You can do tricep dips on a chair or sofa. You can do tons of ab exercises on your own. I would recommend looking for a website that demonstrates how to do these exercises properly, and also to make sure you are using the proper form.
When I put pressure on my right let it creates a lot of pain so my doctor told me not to do any cardios to create even more pressure on the leg. The thing is, I have been working out 6 days a week fo 3 months now. I am trying to lose a lot of weight. Are there any exercise I can do without getting on my leg? (he said I can’t even walk for more than 35 minutes)
Swimming is your best bet. However, there are certain strokes that will cause you a bit more pain. Breaststroke has the legs moving in a froglike motion, and Butterfly moves the legs up and down (it is the MOST painful, even without injury, I speak from experience). Freestyle or Backstroke would be your best options. In both, you could let your right foot drag a bit. Backstroke would be good for your stomach: you have to use your abs to keep your butt and hips up. Freestyle works mainly on your arms.
Home workout like tae bo , etc.
im trying to gain some weight so if im doing home workouts will i loose more weight?
P.s could i take protien if im just doing home workouts?…is this bad or not?
Muscles is heavier then fat. But im pretty sure you will lose more weight
