Day Meal Plan
6am V8 ( 8oz) (50 calories) — I use to do 5.5 oz but I changed it since there isn’t many calories
8am Protein Shake with 1/4 banana (Total Approximate Calories = 220)
Wheat toast one piece (70 calories)
10am cucumber yogurt home made half cup (Total Approximate Calories = 160)
Turkey sandwich: on wheat with lettuce, tomato, pickle (approx 360)
2pm red apple (Total Approximate Calories = 90)
4pm 1 banana 1 orange mixed with (COOL WHIP LITE 1 serving (9.0 g)
(Total Approximate Calories = 200)
6pm potato and peas soup, Indian style with rice (1 cup approx calories 300)
Total calories 1450
1 day meal plan (after half goal weight lost)

I’d just like a simple aerobics type workout that will help myslim down and lose weight. I’m desperate.
i bought an exercise ball and it came with a free dvd it is good fun and i now use it with out the dvd and jsut roll and bounce and bend on the balance on the ball to music it is good!
I know that it’s already a great exercise for the Quadriceps.
I concur with Gary.
I was looking for a muli-joint exercise, working opposing muscles to squats. I came up with hanging from a Roman chair, holding a dumbbell b/n my feet and lifting by flexing hips and knees. Or lying on the floor with a cable in the lowest position, pull on it with your feet in the same way.
The back extension bench, where your thighs brace against the pad and your heels brace against a lower bar, and you lift your back uses your glutes and I think works the hamstrings isometrically (looks like a Romanian deadlift at an angle).
I just bought a a Marcy Platinum home gym and I can’t use the leg extension becuase I’m to tall. I’m aware that I’m supposed to align my ankels with the padded rolls but when I sit down and put my legs to the pads it comes up to me shins(I’m only 6′1) making it hard to use and very eneffective. I’m new to the workout scene and I have had a slinder body most of my life it’s a genetic thing my dad was tall and skinny to. Just wondering if there is an accesory out there to buy for my situation? or is there any suggestions on what I should do?
