I am going to start leasing a horse next week. I take lessons, so I have a basic understanding of how to exercise a horse, but I want a good daily routine.
What i do is, in the morning once she’s been fed/groomed/mucked out and rugs changed would be take her out for maybe an hour and then bring her in. Haynet etc and then again before she goes to bed i might take her on a light hack/30 minutes lungeing.

Hi everybody, in this video I show you how to strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles and butt (gluteus maximus muscles) using a simple standing technique with weights. This is a wonderful exercise to add to your sit ups and crunches routine to make sure you target your core so that you can achieve that flat strong stomach. The added bonus is that it also works your butt and hamstring muscles. You can do this exercise at the gym or at home. I recommend doing it at least 3 times per week. Many sports use this form of training to build up, and maintain fitness in athletes, but it has also been proven conclusively by scientists to maximize fat burning, and weight loss. The beauty of interval training is that you don’t need to spend so much time exercising. It is actually detrimental to your weight loss do so.

Mike Geary sells books & programs like: "Mike Geary and the Truth About Six Pack Abs"
and advertises a unique exercise system that helps shed pounds faster & more efficiently.
When you search for reviews on this, up comes zillions of "reviews" promoting him and his products.
A few sites show people accusing him of being a scam, but without ever having tried his product; they just assume he’s a scam artist.
What is the real deal about Mike Geary and his products (exercise programs, nutrition book, other books) ?
Look I’ll be honest with you. I have used the program and it works like charm
but let me warn you, if you watch the biggest loser and you expect to lose 10 pounds every week….
IT JUST WON’T HAPPEN
That is not realistic, not healthy and unsustainable for long period of time
Even though you could expect to lose more than 5-10 the first few weeks
Mike Geary program is about losing weight faster,healthy and most importantly sustainable for a long period of time
I guess my question to you is
Do you want to lose weight faster but regain the weight even faster? (ping pong diet, been there)
or Do you want to lose weight in a pace you can keep forever?
