Best cardio exercise to do at home?

What is the best cardio exercise to do at home, the two i know of are jumping jacks, and running up and down stairs. Are there any other exercises? And if i ran up and down stairs, how long should i do it for, and how many jumping jacks should I do in a day to get a good work out, and help me burn calories?

skipping is good too, you need to work for at least 20 minutes with raised heart rate and out of breath

    Well, dancing is an awesome cardio to do at home. But since you’re male you may not be into that, maybe you will though! Just lock the door and don’t let anybody see you lol :) Try just dancing and jigging everywhere you go. Making supper, walking from room to room, doin chores, do it while dancing haha

    For doing jumping jacks and running up and down stairs, do it until you sweat. If you’re short of breath but can still talk you know you’ve hit a good spot, keep that going until your body feels its had enough.
