Hey Yuri I’m 17 and i live in a vary over weight house and every thing i try ends up not working in ways of convincing them to eat better . It is a big problem and i think that if i can get the rest of my family eating halter it will benefit them all especially by over weight gamma who has broken her back and has lots of back pains.

I’m on a diet,that takes off all rubbish food, and it has a low calorie intake.
Mixed it with HIIT to lose fat. But i’m also looking to get some muscle mass.
so I work out 3-4 days at the gym to lift, and gonna increase that number soon.
so, what do u think, can i do those 2 things together, or not?

@ppattibpatt lol no problem but its a fun exercise i mean i do it in my room with music on and jump to the rhythm of it or i do the sets and watch tv its alot harder than it looks to be honest i kept hitting myself in my feet so a word of advice wear shoes XD

@ppattibpatt you can i did i used a jump rope for interval training during winter and 1 it increases your speed 2 one of the best exercises ever you can time yourself see how fast you can jump in a certain amount of time or jump in reps like do 50 jumps and 10 sets you can do different types of jumping too to mix it up one foot or cross the rope and such i started doing 20 jumps 10 sets and got up to about 100 jumps 10 sets in a few months

Hey Yuri, great video, and it got me thinking, could I use a jump rope in the same manner for interval training/cardio? How would I start out? And what could a first goal be? right now, I’m just working toward jumping for 2 minutes straight., but I can’t think of a next step in order to keep it from getting boring….
