I’ve also found doing Low intensity intervals inbetween your High intensity intervals is a good idea, but in this case I’d probably us a Low intensity interval of 20 seconds rather then 10

I wish my knees …
I wish my knees could take lunges, great exercise but I would be paying for it in pain for a long time if not forever. Maybe if I ever get a knee replacement.
