weather and time …
weather and time doesn’t always allow to play sports outside and it’s also a flawed belief that all you need is some sport outside, exercise is beneficial to a deeper level than just playing outside from time to time… in fact I know kids who play outside and have fun with soccer or throwing a ball in the basket in their yard but they’re overweight and unfit anyway.
