What is the best cardio exercise to cut weight?

I figure runnng, cycling and swimming are the obvious options, but what other cardio exercises are the most effective?

Any that burns a lot of calories for you, in addition to what you listed there are things like aerobics workouts, rollerblading, trikking, dancing, kickboxing, or anything that gets your heart rate up and keeps it there for a while. I do all kinds of things for my cardio workouts so I don’t get bored and so my body doesn’t get used to the same thing all the time.

    Tennis, believe me, if you can find a good oppening youll be tired within 30 minutes.
