I want to get a home workout program and I heard how good p90x is… So I was wondering if the extreme home fitness one needed any equipment? If so what is it? Because i can buy the whole 13 disk cd set. Please answer! And tell me if you have tried it and liked it! Or any other program you like! BEST ANSWER WILL BE GIVING! Thank you!

The bare minimum you need are resistance bands, but to get the most out of the program I’d recommend a pull up bar and dumbbells (preferably adjustable dumbbells). I have Powerblocks and like them a lot. The Bowflex ones are also popular but I’ve read many negative reviews on them. I recently heard of Lifesmart dumbbells (but they only go to 55 lbs, so you may eventually out grow them. A yoga mat is also recommended.

If you do plan on ordering P90X, try shopping through Beachbody’s, Team Beachbody web site (same company, same return policy, etc…).
