good at home gyms or exercise kits?

I am a stay at home mom, looking to get back into shape. What are good ways to get in shape at home?

If you have about an hour to an hour and a half each day to spare, try doing the P90X workout program, it’s a 3 month program that makes you work hard but the results are amazing. The best part about it is you don’t need one of those big bulky home gyms, just some dumbbells or resistance bands, a pull up bar and a mat. Theres probably a few other things to that I can’t remember off the top of my head, but you should definitely check it out.

Can multi gyms / home gyms help lose weight ? ( only answers related to multi gym )?

I have recently purchased a multi gym / home gym.
I was wondering if it can lose weight / reduce body fat ?
Or does it only build muscle ?

Low weights and high reps builds lean muscle which burns fat…. so yes. But if weight loss is your goal, you’re better off throwing a little cardio in too.

Do home gyms have bench press?

I am thinking about purchasing a home gym such as the body solid exm 2500s or the weider 9635 and they both say they have a bench press feature. I don’t really know too much about home gym but in the pictures I dont see a barbell or anything to bench press. Does it like use the pulley system in a way similar to the bench press or does it mean you have to purchase a barbell and weights to use it or what?

It most probably comes with the barbell rest but you may need to buy the bar and the weights separately. When you purchase it, its a good idea to double check with the supplier.

its mi birthday soon and i get to spend 20 pounds on anyhting and im definetly deciding to but it on home gym stuff at the moment im thinking of buying a pull up/chin up bar and some of gloves i want your opinions is there any good equipmment which has made you gain anything
