I’m trying to lose my muffin top and get a flat stomach. I’m not interested in getting a six pack or gaining any muscle. I just want to lose my body fat.
I really don’t have any exercise equipment and I get really busy so I can’t always go to the gym, I just want some daily at home workouts that can help me lose my body fat. Thanks!
As weird as it may sound but I have been using this Absworkout which worked in anpredictable fast way I didn’t lose all the belly fat yet but it 100% works, you don’t need to keep doing it until you get the abs just until your belly become flat and then stop.
It’s not hard but not easy either, after 2 times you’ll get used to it plus i would suggest for you to use a pillow under your head so that your neck wont hurt.

You can do it daily, (I couldn’t, i’m lazy&got no power lol), you could do it 3 times a week..
