Trying to lose weight, i’m not overweight at all. I’m 6ft5 and 90kg. Trying to get my bodyfat
to around 7% ideally. Can i lose around 20lbs just from home workouts or do i need to do running also? I’m also starting to eat healthier.

I have been wanting to loose some weight, I am looking toward losing at least 70 pounds. I am 21 years old, 5′5” and weigh 240 pounds. What kind of home workouts would be good for loosing weight. Also if you know how long it may take to loose the weight that would be great. Thank you!
You should diet too. Don’t eat dairy iteams or sweets, bread. Stuff like that. The exercises you could do are knee ups squats jogging atlest an hour every night walking and turn one meal to just water probally dinner and you will drop you weight fast.
I have a tyre around my belly. I know, not good! Im very self conscious about my weight and it gets me down. I appear to be skinny but I’m not really. I’ve started a diet as of today. But I’m in need of some workouts that I can do in my bedroom at home. I have no equipment. I may decide to invest in some after Christmas but for now can anyone help me with exercise to tone my stomach, arms and chest? Thankyou.
40 push ups a day (arms), sit ups (chest i believe?), jumping jacks for stomach ( I believe?),

Running, step workouts, any kind of cardio really. Depending on what kind of building you live in -this might piss off your downstairs neighbours if you have them -jumping rope is actually a great workout. Do you have any equipment? Lifting dumbbells is great because it burns calories and also encourages muscle growth -and the point is to be fit, right? In addition, muscle burns more calories at rest than fat does. Try getting a workout dvd, many people find them helpful to follow along and stay motivated for the whole session.
I have skinny legs so want to build some muscle to thicken them up. Thighs calves and ankles. Any easy but effective home workouts I can do? How many times to do them and how often a day?

I have the body solid g5s home gym and a barbell with 100 lbs weight plates but I don’t have a bench and I have a small basement. Some good compounds exercises for chest and ticeps would be great! I heard that free weight exercises are better than machine exercises so I need some fact about that too. Thanks!
dude, good old fashioned push ups. modify them to suit your needs, dimonds, regular, wide, handstand, raised, clapping, so many ways to work your triceps and chest not to mention back and abs
im 5′9 145#.. im actually fit, but my problem is i have very skinny arms and no chest… basically no upper body muscle. i wanna get a gym pass but i wanna build strength in my arms before i go looking like an idiot at the gym. what are some good home workouts i can do before i get a gym pass? thanks

2.Click least half an hour of exercise a day.
3. Do 5 meals a day and never skip breakfast.
4. Chew slowly.
5. Do not use more than two tablespoons of olive oil per meal.
6. Never dispose of bread, pasta, rice and potatoes.
7. Fruits and vegetables are fine, but with balance.
8. Limit your intake of alcohol and fried.
9. Green light for the fish to the table.
10. Lose weight slowly.
11. Drink at least 2 liters of water.
12.Una seventh time in a day off with a bad mistake to give a jolt to the metabolism.
