What type of workout/exercise pants does Adriana Lima wear?

All i know is that i have seen them in pictures and can’t tell what the brand is. I can see something that looks like it might be… X cox but have searched and there is no such thing. If anyone could tell me what Adriana Lima’s spandex pants or Alessandra Ambrosio’s in the 2011 VS workout video (the fashion show) that would be great!! Thank you!

It’s easier for me since I can’t go to the gym, to work out and see someone doing the moves, so I’m less inclined to stopping or slowing down. But I don’t know where online I could find really good actual workout videos.

Why are push ups the most basic workout exercise, and not pull ups?

Aren’t biceps more impressive than triceps? Isn’t that what is mostly shown off when one makes a display of his muscles?

The vast majority of people can do a push-up, even if it’s modified or against the wall. I know a lot of people who can’t do a pull up.

And also because of availability. If you don’t own a pull up bar, how do you do them in your house?

No, you are born with the symmetry you have and no amount of facial exercise can change your natural symmetry.

Is Zumba workout on the Wii a good exercise?

I do the zumba fitness on the wii and want to know if it’s a good workout/exercise?

As long as you have a sustained and elevated heart rate for 20 minutes, you will get excellent cardio exercise from Zumba Fitness for Wii. The main problem I have with the game (same as the reviewer below) is that it doesn’t do a good job of teaching you Zumba technique. But if you practice and get close to the technique, you will get some decent exercise.

I live in a University dorm & they have a fully equipped gym here. But there’s no instructor to suggest me the basic exercise I can start as I am a beginner. Can anyone suggest me or give me the daily basic workout routine ?

Go see Scott Herman videos on Youtube. Honestly helped me. You want to hit each body part every week. I do this.
Monday: Chest, lower/upper abs.
Tuesday: Shoulder, back, abs/obliques.
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Arms, lower/upper abs.
Friday: Abs/obliques.
Saturday: rest
Sunday: rest
There are many exercises you can do within these days. I don’t wanna write all mine out but go check out his videos. He has them titled like for example: My Bicep workout Scott Herman and I use this on monday. What I don’t suggest is drop sets like he says but like say you’re doing bicep curls then do one solitary weight, for example 20 pounds and keep it up for like 3-4 sets. I tried drop sets as a beginner and it over trained me.

What is a good number of laps / meters to do for a good workout/exercise in swimming?

Hello, I’m thinking about going to the local pool to work out. What’s a good number of laps or number of meters/yards to swim for a nice workout? Something equivalent to around 20 / 30 min on the treadmill. Thanks!

As a competitive and high school swimmer, I usually do around 5000 yards once a day in about an hour 45 minutes (4500 if I’m sprinting to improve speed)..If you’re only looking to do it for 20 minutes, my race pace is about 1200 yards every 15 minutes (and im assuming you aren’t in shape like i am) so in 20-30 mins you’d probably have done about 1500, depending if you’ve ever swam before.

It’s really hard to give you an exact answer because a couple questions pop into my head:
-Have you swam (in a lap pool) before?
-What kind of shape are you in?

That all being said, i recommend timing yourself for about 10 minutes..keeping a pace you could hold "forever" and multiplying it by 3.

Is 25 minutes of rigorous workout better exercise than 1 hour in the park?

They don’t prevent wrinkles. Wrinkles come from frequent folds in the skin as well as the skins inability to produce collogen as fast as your skin cells need it which happens with aging. There is nothing you can do to slow down the process of aging or prevent wrinkling. You can do things to preserve your youthful skin for longer such as staying out of heavy sunlight and using sunblock but it’s not going to prevent wrinkles. Like I said that cannot be done.

No excercising your facial muscles do nothing other than slightly strengthen those muscles. It’s not going to do anything else. It’s more of a waste of time than anything.
