do the tv exercise programs actually work?

and if so is P90X or Insanity better
i am hoping to join the military and need to be in better shape

I have just finished my first round of P90X and I am about to start a mix of P90X+ & Insanity.

Insanity is heavily cardio based meaning that no weights are involved. It is aerobic and very full on.

Whereas P90X is based towards muscle development & fitness. You can manage this for muscle growth or definition.

If you just want to get fit with minimal muscle development, try Insanity. If it’s muscle development you’re after go for P90X.

DEFINETLY Do P90x first. They both work, yes. Insanity is harder but you get more results from P90x and it preps you for insanity. You should do P90x to gain muscle and then whatever fat you have left over will be burned by Insanity.

Pretty much every other work out dvd out there IS a scam though so be careful.
