    Great advice and i could empathise with some of what you said. Cooking fresh is very important and it also stops you eating crap as you actually start to enjoy the process of cooking and can wait patiently for your meal as you prepare it without nibbling and it burns cals, lol. Your looking great keep it up, i’m on this journey too.

    You’re very generous to share your knowledge in such a practical way. I read today that 50%!! of AA women are officially obese now. This was never the case in past history because fresh food was cooked at home, as you say, without the incredible amount of hidden salt, sugar and additives (which encourage weight gain, diabetes, hi-blood pressure, etc.) to be found in restaurants & fast food chains. Also “drinks” and “sodas” (containing mostly chemicals) instead of healthy fresh pure juices/water.
