Hello,
Personally, I like my morning calisthenics (push-ups & crunches). I started it as a simple routine and this short habit has really toned areas that my running doesn’t touch. I’m a big advocate of simplicity and would suggest that there are plenty of exercises to do with zero equipment that can really get you in shape. Gyms and health clubs are nice for the company and positive peer pressure…but you have everything you realy need right now to get started at home. Good luck!
