    @naomi650 well honestly if u think the girl in the video is tone with not much abs then all u have to do are those exercises. You just work on your stomach until you have a tone belly and try to diet a little and lose a few pounds (not extreme) you only get abs from doing exercises like this 30-50 times not 10-12
