    Do you have to do them in that order? Like can I do the excecise on one arm and then switch to my left arm or do I have to do them in the specific order shown (At the same time, alternating, etc…) :D

    @Shaea15 I did them every day and for a count of 10, did them with Tammy’s video and although it does not seem a lot its enought to tone your arms and not give you big muscles. I might now go to a count of 15 every day as I’ve been doing them for a month and feel able to increase the reps.

    @uaj7 when you start you feel great as they are simple but give it a few days and you will feel the burn. Take your time doing them and you will really see the benefit.

    @Shaea15 I started these exercises as I was going to a family wedding and wanted my arms to look a little better. I went to the wedding on Monday and I have to say I felt great, my arms have certainly improved and looked better than they did when I started the exercises. I can highly recommend these exercises as they are easy to do and not too time consuming. Good luck if you are doing them.

    I like these exercises. I started walking every morning for an hour, and I am adding these to my workouts. Everything about this video is great, Tammy, the exercises, music, and how she gets straight to the point.
