How do I motivate myself to get back into an exercise routine?

I seem to fall out of exercise routines for awhile. I get back into it again, then I stop doing it again.

How do I keep myself going. How do I get the drive and motivate to move myself into the routine again and keep myself in that routine.

Seriously … someone just whoop my butt and talk me back into working out again!

    Try training with a buddy.You can motivate each other.Also buy magazines related to your subject,they`re a great motivator too..

    Change your exercise routine every month, and remember that exercising has a whole bunch of health benefits and makes people stronger and better looking! :) If that’s not enough, train with a friend or personal trainer, so you have to go.
