I eat clean and follow Tosca’s book for my nutrition and I also follow alot of the principals from Body for Life too. They are both representative of typical body building nutrition and training regime. They are both solid, basic guidelines to good health.

I just started …
I just started eating clean on June 20th and have lost 49 lbs. as of November 21st, 2009. I LOVE this way of eating…in addition to the weight loss I’ve noticed better skin, better sleep, no heartburn, no skin irritations. It’s fantastic! I am also familiar with Bill’s book Body for Life and use his training guidelines, which I just started incorporating a week ago. Great video!

wow you work out a lot! thats awesome, I need to work on my arms I want them to look like yours! do you have a trainer? Ive just started getting back into the routine of working out and I feel great. Im a vegetarian so Im working on getting enough protein now that my physical activity has increased. I used to have a gym membership but I wouldn’t go so I canceled it, can you get muscle toning without going to the gym? like with pilates for example or do you have to use gym equipment? thanks
