This is what my … This is what my husband researched and tells me like everyday… It said you won’t burn fat with 30-1 hour cardio per day, its just not enough. Only athletes will burn fat..Since you will only burn the carbs because your body isn’t used to it. Good job with the eating its the most important part, according to the research
I don’t like tea … I don’t like tea either but I’m obsessed with Nestea lemon tea or Nestea red tea w/ pomegranate and passion fruit. It’s so delicious
congrats in already … congrats in already losing 2 pounds hun, keep it up!my moms a nutritionist & exercise addict so my family is always either on a diet or just eating healthy. So i have a tip for or you, if you want to lose weight super fast eat half a melon in the morning instead of banana because bananas are actaully really bad for you they have so many cals,carbs & sugars. Melons like cantalopes and honey dew are seriously like laxatives! Eat that 4 breakfast everyday you’ll lose atleast 2 more lbs trust me!!!
