    I made a short dvd last year and was critisised for speed and no power.I made a new 1 in Jan 2010 1/2 hr on th bag no breaks.The bag is the same weight as your mans check the vidio and tell me what you think.Darness why have you blocked my comments?

    when i was younger …
    when i was younger i had a 6 pack too even though i didnt work out , it was becuase i was naturally active,played sports and clibed alot, abs naturally tone to keep the body upright

    @alejogonzo lol for some it does, I never worked out whne I was younger, I had stone hard muscles when I was 14, and I still have. I was 85 Kilo now I’m 69 I eat more healthy etc. I never trained but now I lost most of my fat you can see a six pack that would make a body builder jalous. Some people are born with hard muscles and have muscles that need way less exercise then most people. But I do also think that’s the main reason I’m 1 m 76.

    not everyone has a 6 pack, some people have no toned abs at all, you have to work out and tone your muscles, wouldnt life be nice if we were all born ripped with 6 or 8 packs. But the working out i find is the fun part and worth it in the end.

    @alexc475 True what you’re saying. Although cutting out satured fat can be a bad thing as well if you’re training hard. It helps to deliver testoserone to your body, which helps you to train harder. To much is never good of course. Carbs are good, but sugar is a carb as well. So not all carbs are good. Protein is the one thing that IS always good for your body. To build muscles and repair them you need protein!

    proteins, fats, and carbs should be in every meal for everyday life, but add extra protein if working out,brown rice and chicken sounds health, make sure its not white rice though, remember the white foods are unhealthier always

    Fruit is good for the polyphenols, and the fast carbs JUST AFTER you work out, but beware, fructose sugar has the tendency to turn into fat when you don’t actually need it. The liver can only store so much at once. True bodybuilders typically avoid fruit for this reason. You want to follow up a workout with protein immediately after your workout (the initial 30 minute window is best), and then follow an hour after with *slow-digesting carbs*, whole-grain is ideal. (Oats, whole-grain pasta, etc.)

    yea i eat bananas…grapes..avocados..sometimes lettuce..tomatoes..spinahs somtimes…and i hear peanuts were good source of protein so i eat tht too and chicken and fish and stuff, but i dont know about..slimfast and..muscle milk..and cereals that i eat, and no i just have a little bit of fat..am not overweight but i have like hard abs kus i do pushups/pullups everyday but i cant see them so i wana get mroe lean and am 16

    well in exception on about carb/fat free food. yes fat is bad but its the saturated trans fat you want to stay away from. and carbs is the only way youll have energy to weightlift or do anything physical people confuse carbs as weight gain or a negative thing because they dont do any excersise or dont go anything “vigorous” if your a teen/young adult and you workout 1hour+ then eat ALOT carbs

    you dont have to really change your diet unless you have alot of fat in your body i suggest eat less and do more cardio like running but if you want something to eat try eating healthier foods and stay away from processed junk and your good. for ex. i eat lots of bananas and fruits after and before i workout and im lean as hell
