What is a good exercise routine for teens?

What is a good exercise routine for a teenager who wants to train muscular, aerobic and flexibility?

cardio and a good diet is the best way to go,
i do 25mins of biking, 15mins of running, 30mins of w.e (pushups, situps, crunches, etc)

along with a healthy diet i feel strong, healthy and im in shape :3
