<br />try stretching your wrist,back,legs, and ankles. stretch your back by doing a bridge. stretch legs by splits or any other leg stretching. you can practice with a spotter first and must be comfortable doing a handstand!face a wall or anything you can put your legs on. then do your backbend. hold and try lifting your most strongest and most comfortable leg to kick on the wall.lift your other leg while keeping your dominant leg on the wall but don&#8217;t rest it. next push off the wall with your dominant leg and land the with that leg on the ground first then followed by the other.<script type="text/javascript"><!--

<br />try stretching your wrist,back,legs, and ankles. stretch your back by doing a bridge. stretch legs by splits or any other leg stretching. you can practice with a spotter first and must be comfortable doing a handstand!face a wall or anything you can put your legs on. then do your backbend. hold and try lifting your most strongest and most comfortable leg to kick on the wall.lift your other leg while keeping your dominant leg on the wall but don&#8217;t rest it. next push off the wall with your dominant leg and land the with that leg on the ground first then followed by the other.</p>
