What is the best home fitness program I have heard about p90x and turbo jam 5 Or is there a better one?
Honestly I didn’t fall for those gimmicks. Yea, they work, but so does anything that actually gets your heart beat going. I suggest running everyday with a mild core exercise.. Run a mile > do sit ups and crap > walk/run more.
It worked for me suprisingly fast.
