How(if possible) can i get ripped with out setting foot in a gym or buyin a home gym set?
I’m 18, not out of shape, but i don’t have the body i want. (im a guy). i don’t want to go out and buy weights and i can’t join a gym. How do i get ripped at home with out weights?
Do calisthetics with the right amount of cardio and healthy diet:

But MOST of all you need to have the right mindset and DEDICATION.
No matter how many weights you have, or how many gym memberships you have, if you don’t have hardcore determination you’re SOL.

You can get nicely toned without weights I don’t know if you can get huge.
but now i have a really good home gym set.
Do these exercises.
Running
Pushups
Situps
Crunches
The basics.
You can do what I did, buy a really big backpack that wont rip easily and fill it with books. And lift it as if you were doing dumbbell curls I actually see some results

The best bodybuilding workouts will be dependent on your body type. You might want to use a personal trainer.
