Are home gyms a waste of money?
Have you ever noticed how many home gyms are for sale on Craigslist? It is amazing. And yet people keep buying them new. I know of not one person who has ever used a home gym for any length of time. It usually gets converted into a clothes rack. The funny thing is they expect buyers to come over, dismantle the thing, and then PAY for seller for it. If I’m coming over and dismantling your contraption, you better not expect a dime from me. But people try to squeeze every penny out of a resale, which is super annoying. I think a better alternative would be a dumb bell set, and dumb bell bench, don’t you?
TIt takes hours to put it together.he first week you use it. The second week you show it to your friends. A week goes by; you use it again now you are ready to put it in the garage. You are still paying for it. Then you try to sell it. Then it goes to the good will.

With gyms, considering they are widely advertised, there is a lot of sizzle and plenty of stake (they do burn fat).

It depends on the degree with which you would want to train. If you’re very serious and want to progress to high levels of bodybuilding for example, then the home gym will need to be upgraded and you’ll find yourself putting in more money into it, and in this case getting a regular membership is better. However, if you just want to mildly exercise for general health, then a home gym would be good.

They are good but it’s just the fact that when training by yourself its harder to keep your motivation levels up, and a lot of people end up giving in when they don’t have instance results and there are easier things like going on answers,
Gee its time I better dust of my machine!!!.
And yes I prefer individual weights and a bench over a machine any day. You can only go so far with a machine but individual weights can customise your training.
