Are there any good at-home workouts that are as effective as inclined bench presses?

i really would like to know. are there any?

Yes, the old standard – pushups. Do them in various body positions:

on the knees, on the toes, feet raised on a bed with hands on the floor, one hand etc etc. It’s best to use a pushup bar as the pressure on your wrists can get pretty intense.

The advantage the bench presses have is that you can add more weight as your strength develops. To add weight onto your back doing pushups needs a spotter

push ups will help – it will build a strong foundation. as for the effectiveness of the incline bench…you may have to get creative and lean against something while pressing something like dumbbells.
