What are easy at home workouts that can get a teenager a muscular body?
im looking to build my muscles, but i dont have time and/or money to go to the gym regularly. what are some simple workouts that can get me bigger and buffer. im 16 years old, 5′6" and 135 pounds.
1st buy two dumbells choose the weight according to your strength 20;s are a good start.Heres a good routine look up the excercises if your not sure what they are
do two warmup sets take final to failure(cant do another rep)
pushups 3sets
dumbell presses 3sets
dumbell shrugs 3sets
dumbell shrugs 3sets
dumbell shrugs 3sets
floor presses 3sets
crunches 3sets
leg raise 3sets
dumbell curls 3sets
dumbell french press 3sets
thats a solid good begginers routine

First of all you’ll need some equipment: bench, weights. You will also need some guidance. If you don’t have $$ for a good video or CD go to bodyforlife.com and look at their exercises that you can do.

Well, lets see! I run a lot of suicides and stairs! I do a lot of stretching and yoga! You can aslo buy like a tae*bo tape! I use those a lot in self defense class! Hope this helps!
