what are some good home workouts that would help me loose weihght?
im 5 foot 2 aand weigh 220 lbs.
i cant leave the house cause i cant drive and my dad’s really busy i dont have anyone to drop me to the gym.
ive cut off eating so much sweets and drinking so much soda.
ive also tried not to eat meat every day.
what are some exercises i can do and how many reps?
Ab Xersizes On your back raise your back as far as you can go do 10 times and hold the last one for 10secs do this 4 times every night…The same with leg lifts on your back lift to til you feel pain then relax….stand ups on the stairway cross your arms stand up 20 times ….go up and down those steps all day…some deep breathing will help…………….drink lots of water

Well, to loose weight, you need to do cardio. Stay away from sweets and soda altogether. Soda turns to fat, and also causes acne.I would recommend just drinking 8-10 glass of water per day. Eat 5-6 light meals a day only consisting of high protein-health things. Do cardio every 3 days, and ocne you get used to it, every 3 days, then 2, then 3… etc. May seem liek a lot at first, but you get used to it.

Pick up a habit of running a few times a week. It doesn’t cost a thing to run a few laps around your block! Also, not eating so much meat will definitely help. Try and eat as many raw foods as you can, such as fruits, veggies, etc.

Stairs….always, forget the elevators
Water…drink lots of it
This is a start, once you get that down, its easy, then start looking at some weight loss tips on websites geared towards that.

A good weight loss workout is isometric holds in a low squat and sit up position. Start with three minutes worth of 1 minute iso holds in the morning and again at night. The goal is to get up to a 5 minute continuous hold. In a few months you should see some extreme weight loss.
