What are some home workouts that i can do, to help loose weight and burn fat? With no weight?


Skipping, star jumps, high knee running on the spot, stair climbing, side jumps, zig zag running,.. Or you could buy or rent an exercise dvd such as zumba, listen to your ipod and dance.

Make sure you do at least 1 hour high impact each day.
