what’s the best leg exercise I can do to help get my legs in shape?

I want to get my legs in shape , mostly the thigh area of my leg.

The truth is that there is no single excercise that works for everyone. You have to expiriment with various excercises to find out which few work the best for you. You have four major muscle groups in your legs. Quads, hams, calves, buttocks. I suggest you find excercises that work out each of these muscle groups and with compound movements (squats, deadlifts, good mornings, calf raises) Muscle burns fat. So doing a combination of cardio as well as strength training is the fastest way to get your legs in shape. As far as cardio, it could be as simple as riding your bike in a high gear.

    I can come over and massage them for two or three hours…that might do it……won’t charge you anything either….
