I used to have another company and just switched to Dish, do they have a channel that has exercise routines to follow?

I recently started an exercise circuit routine from February’s Oxygen women’s fitness magazine. It combines strength training with short bursts of high intensity cardio between moves. I can feel my muscles getting tighter, but how effective is this workout for fat loss? I’m trying to get in shape for my vacation in a month but steady state cardio like running just doesn’t cut it for me and I don’t have a gym membership.
Cardio will build up your stamina, and it is one of the best ways to lose fat. The cardio bursts in between the strength is to keep your blood flowing, and not let you get tired all that quickly. The cardio between the strength will help with your muscles warming themselves. High intensity cardio is definitely the way to lose fat. It may help if you do them in 10-15 minute increments rather than just short bursts.

Ive been hearing quite alot about cardio exercises helping to lose weigh, what are some of the best?
If you want to lose weight (assuming your husband left you and now you want to locate a gym):
A) Remove Fork from mouth
B) Locate treadmill and run.

You guys wanted shorter videos so I cut this into two parts.
And also cut the diet videos into two parts so this whole thing will have four videos.
I hope you guys enjoy. These exercise aren’t hard at all but if you do them repetitive enough it will show amazing result without bulking up.

Proper motivation is the key to getting in shape. Its easy to make a New Years Resolution to get into shape, its much harder to make it happen. Most people fail at their fitness resolutions, not beacuse they are lazy or have no willpower, its the opposite. Most people fail because they are impatient for results and work at it TOO hard! They have unrealistic expectations which just sets them up for failure. They start a starvation diet instead of a sensible diet which soon leads to binging and failure. They are too aggressive with their workout program and end up injured or overtrained so they dont make any progress. With fitness programs, progress is often inperceptably slow and its easy to lose motivation. In the last 10 years, I’ve made no progress – not an ounce of muscle gained or an ounce of fat lost – nada, zip. All my progress was in my first 20 years of lifting. People always ask me, how is it I stay motivated when I make NO progress? Most people would have given up but I workout day after day, year after year – how do I do it? Its easy – I focus on how good the workouts make me feel. I am ADDICTED to exercise, it gives me energy and makes me feel good. Its easy to do something that makes you feel good.
So how can YOU become addicted to exercise? Studies have shown that showed if you can stick with something 30 days it becomes a habit. Just promise yourself that you will give daily exercise and good nutriton a try for 30 days, thats it. Anyone can handle working out and good nurition for 30 days, do that, and you will be hooked on health for the rest of your life.
If on January 1 you wake up and say “I’m going to exercise for the next 365 days and eat flawless nutrition every day” You are doomed, thats just too daunting and you will end up giving up. Even making that promise for 30 days is a bit daunting, heres a trick, just take it one day at a time. Anyone can eat healthy and exercise for one day. Dont think about tomorrow or how you screwed up yesterday, think about TODAY and how its going to make you feel good if you eat healthy and exercise today – cumon, its just one day. 3:30

An upper body weight exercise routine you can complete at home or at a local park.
Complete the 4 exercises, no rest in between. Then rest 1 and a half minutes before starting the whole routine again. Complete 4 whole routines and enjoy the benefits! Remember to increase the number of reps or sets weekly!
