This challenging abs toning exercise and workout video will give you a firm toned flat stomach. It is 15 solid minutes of abs exercises. I motivate you step by step through my entire routine. You will develop a strong stable core for overall greater fitness and defined oblique (side abs) muscles for that thin waist v-shape look. In order to increase vertical leap, a person must do exercises that allow them to generate more power from the hips, which will allow them to create more force when pushing against the floor. We will begin with a warmup/cardio for 20 min. since we are doing a 1 hour program today. Purchase a jump rope and work on gaining proficiency in it, this will be one of your main tools for cardio fitness.
