In this video I take you through an excellent 10-minute aerobic cardio workout that you can do right in your own home any time it is convenient. I recommend you do this every day if you are trying to lose weight or even just to reduce stress. Doing regular aerobic exercise is so important for a healthy heart, and overall fitness of your body. It helps to build endurance for all sports. Cardiovascular exercise is any type of exercise that increases the work of the heart and lungs which is what you will do in this video. My routine is comprised of 7 different energizing cardio exercises that will get your heart pumping and you burning calories. I do the exercises right along with you so you can see proper form with your arms, legs and feet, and stay motivated. I will go through the seven exercises twice for a total of 10 minutes. Want more cardio workout exercise; simply replay the tape and you will now have a 20 minute workout. Replay it again and you have a 30 minute workout! That’s quite a challenge!!! Put your own favorite music on while you are exercising along with me for even more fun. What is the best exercise for fat loss: weight training exercise or cardiovascular exercise?
For fat loss, weight training exercise burns more body fat than cardiovascular exercise.
Weight training exercise gives you a metabolic boost for 24-48 hours. The reason for that is because when you perform weight training exercise a lot of damage happens to the muscle fibers, and thus, the body has to spend energy repairing the muscle and making it stronger than before.
Traditional cardiovascular exercise, on the other hand, only burns calories throughout the duration of the exercise. Once the activity is done, your metabolism goes back to normal.
Because of this, weight training is a better exercise for fat loss since your metabolism is stimulated for much longer. Also, keep in mind that cardiovascular exercise cannot re-shape your body in the way that weight training does. If you are looking to have a tight and fit toned body, weight training is what you need to emphasize.
With that said, keep in mind that fat loss is really a function of your diet as well, so if you are not following a diet that puts you in a slightly lower caloric deficit, you won’t be able to lose any body fat. But from the perspective of exercise, weight training beats cardio any time.
Conclusion
Because with weight training exercise you can:
1) Increase your metabolism for 24-48 hours.
2) Re-shape your physique.
Weight training exercise needs to be emphasized over cardiovascular exercise in order to burn fat.

What is the best cardio exercise to burn fat and lose weight? From my experience it’s the very simple art of jumping rope. Skipping. Skipping burns a huge amount of calories and is an extremely effective, not to mention cost effective, way to get toned and trim in no time at all.

Here are the five best upper body kettlebell exercises that you can do with only KBs.
The first exercise is the Clean Press. In this exercise you are going to work your shoulders a lot, your chest when you press overhead, as well as your triceps. By doing this one arm exercise you will be less likely to develop imbalances when you train.
The second upper body KB exercise is a rowing exercise. In this one-armed row, a greater emphasis will be placed on minimizing the rotation and using your abs a lot more to help achieve this. You will be loaded on one side, so your abs will have to work extra hard to prevent any excessive rotation in his torso.
Another exercise that really works the upper back and the shoulders is the kettlebell snatches. This is an explosive total body exercise and in fact, you will find that all the KB exercises work your entire body.
The next kettlebell exercise is the overhead press. So you will clean the KB up to your shoulder, keeping your arm nice and tight so as to not overexpose your shoulder and then press the KB up nice and high, and then back down to your shoulder and repeat. As you are completing this exercise you want to keep your body as tight as you possibly can, using your abs. So, try not to rotate or bend.
The last exercise is the floor press. This will be as close as you get to doing a regular chest exercise when you’re working out exclusively with kettlebells. So, you are lying down on the ground and pressing one arm up at a time. And because you will be lying down on the ground, you are removing your legs from the exercise, requiring a lot more power to come from your upper body. You’ll find that you get quite a bit of front delt, chest, tricep, and ab work in this exercise.
There you have the five best upper body kettlebell exercises that each give you maximum total body benefit from a single exercise.
