Common advice says that we need to reduce our calories and increase our exercise to lose weight. Bryan Marcel demonstrates why low calorie diet and exercise routine are not required for weight loss. Calorie restriction and exercise programs will not ncessarily result in weight and fat loss success. Our body does not treat all calories as equal. Some calories are healthy and will help you with weight loss. Some calories and diet drinks will make you fat. A calorie isn’t just a calorie. It isn’t necissary to track your daily calories or use a calorie counter to lose weight. Bryan Marcel provides several tips such as the best way to achieve healthy weight loss is to eat a healthy diet of whole unprocessed food. Bryan Marcel believes that there are many benefits that exercise provides, but a workout program and a reduced calorie weight loss program may not provide the results that you desire.
