<p>Aerobic exercise such as walking, riding a stationary bike, or running is a good way to accelerate the fat burning process, as long as it is not overdone and as long as it is used only in addition to a good weight training program. It should never be used as a substitute for weight training since it does not permanently increases your metabolism and since it does not has the ability to re-shape your body.</p>
<p>Fat Burning Zone</p>
<p>In order for aerobic exercise to be effective, it needs to be performed within the fat burning zone. The fat burning zone is the zone at which you are doing enough work to burn fat. Your pulse (how fast your heart is beating per minute) determines this zone.</p>
<p>The fat burning zone formula is the following:<br />
Fat burning zone=220-(Your Age) x (.75)</p>
<p>The result of your formula will give you an approximate value of how fast your heart should be beating per minute. For example, a 20-year-old would need to reach a pulse in the neighborhood of 150 beats per minute in order to be in the fat burning zone. It is important to remember that this is not an absolute figure, this is an approximation. So as long as you are plus or minus 10 beats from the number that the formula provides you with, then you can rest assured that you will be burning fat.<br />

<p>I have to put out this video because I get thousands of e-mails a month probably from guys that  are usually less than 20, haven&#8217;t trained more than a year and what a beach body in 4 weeks.</p>
<p> If any of those three statements relate to you, this video is for you.</p>
<p>First, you must face reality. </p>
<p>Your goal will take longer than you think.<br />
You can&#8217;t do endless bicep curls and expect to get great results.<br />
Training splits where you do biceps on one day, back on another, won&#8217;t work for you.</p>
<p>As Dave Tate said, if you can&#8217;t flex a muscle and feel it, don&#8217;t isolate it. You can&#8217;t flex bone.</p>
<p>Your key to building a decent body is to have starting strength, once you are strong enough to lift weights, your body will start to look awesome. Don&#8217;t believe four minute ab bullshit infomercials. The strength will give you a harder, firmer look.  </p>
<p>You can graduate from the big basics when you can bench press over 200 pounds, squat 275 pounds, deadlift 315 pounds and perform 15 perfect chin ups.</p>
<p>Luckily for you I designed a ridiculously SIMPLE training program for any beginner that they can use to rapidly build size and strength. As you will see, its based off of 3 FULL body work outs. These aren&#8217;t the ONLY work outs you can do </p>
<p>A couple rules<br />
1. Don&#8217;t take any supplements other than protein powder<br />
2. These are THREE mandatory work outs, but you can work out another 1-3 times extra per week on lagging parts<br />
3. LIFT as heavy of a weight with perfect form as possible</p>
<p>If you notice, theres no rest guidelines, use your own internal rhythm. So once again, you do these three work outs, which are modified classic work outs, I even have videos on the form of ALL of these!</p>
<p>Guys make sure to share this with those starting out, together we can prevent multiple gym deaths, and endless frustrated hours of uselessly trying to get a better body in vain!</p>
<p>BIG BASICS</p>
<p>Day 1 MONDAY<br />
Deadlift 6 sets of 5 Reps<br />
Military Press 6 sets of 5 Reps<br />
Benchpress 6 sets of 5 Reps<br />
then do 10 minutes of whatever the you want</p>

I recommend you do this every day if you are trying to lose weight or even just to reduce stress. Doing regular aerobic exercise is so important for a healthy heart, and overall fitness of your body. It helps to build endurance for all sports. Cardiovascular exercise is any type of exercise that increases the work of the heart and lungs which is what you will do in this video. My routine is comprised of 7 different energizing cardio exercises that will get your heart pumping and you burning calories. I do the exercises right along with you so you can see proper form with your arms, legs and feet, and stay motivated. I will go through the seven exercises twice for a total of 10 minutes. Want more cardio workout exercise; simply replay the tape and you will now have a 20 minute workout. Replay it again and you have a 30 minute workout! That&#8217;s quite a challenge!!!
