Are you lacking strength? is your body not what it used to be?? well I will tell you the sure fire way to get the body of your dreams in half the time promised by other people on youtube! In going to let you in on the modern methods of weight loss and muscles gain, NOT JUST WOKING OUT but diet as well, because as you know half the battle is what you eat! don’t worry to much if i’m a little rough on you… you have to be cruel to be kind they say, no pain no gain. In this video I take you through an excellent 10-minute aerobic cardio workout that you can do right in your own home any time it is convenient. I recommend you do this every day if you are trying to lose weight or even just to reduce stress. Doing regular aerobic exercise is so important for a healthy heart, and overall fitness of your body. It helps to build endurance for all sports. Cardiovascular exercise is any type of exercise that increases the work of the heart and lungs which is what you will do in this video. My routine is comprised of 7 different energizing cardio exercises that will get your heart pumping and you burning calories. I do the exercises right along with you so you can see proper form with your arms, legs and feet, and stay motivated. I will go through the seven exercises twice for a total of 10 minutes. Want more cardio workout exercise; simply replay the tape and you will now have a 20 minute workout. Replay it again and you have a 30 minute workout! That’s quite a challenge!!! Put your own favorite music on while you are exercising along with me for even more fun. This work exercise routine by Katharine, mother of 5, is for the average woman to do daily (allowing weekends off). It works to stretch and tone the entire body by doing 20 repetitions of 3 exercises for each main muscle group, you don’t have to do 20 repetitions if that is to difficult for you, you can do as little as 3 and work your way up weekly. This routine has helped me to regain strength in my back and flatten my stomach after having children and now my daughters use this routine aswell so I hope you find this a helpful routine that is not too difficult.
