In this video I take you through an excellent 10-minute aerobic cardio workout that you can do right in your own home any time it is convenient. I recommend you do this every day if you are trying to lose weight or even just to reduce stress. Doing regular aerobic exercise is so important for a healthy heart, and overall fitness of your body. It helps to build endurance for all sports. Cardiovascular exercise is any type of exercise that increases the work of the heart and lungs which is what you will do in this video. My routine is comprised of 7 different energizing cardio exercises that will get your heart pumping and you burning calories. I do the exercises right along with you so you can see proper form with your arms, legs and feet, and stay motivated. I will go through the seven exercises twice for a total of 10 minutes. Want more cardio workout exercise; simply replay the tape and you will now have a 20 minute workout. Replay it again and you have a 30 minute workout! That’s quite a challenge!!! Put your own favorite music on while you are exercising along with me for even more fun. We will begin with a warmup/cardio for 20 min. since we are doing a 1 hour program today. Purchase a jump rope and work on gaining proficiency in it, this will be one of your main tools for cardio fitness.

BODY WEIGHT INTERVAL CARDIO
Complete Exercises Below Twice
1.) Squat Jumps (As many as you can do in 1 minute)
Deep Squat (Hold at bottom for 90 sec. for active rest
2.) Flying Romans (As many as you can in 1 minute)
Front Lunge Twist ( Active Rest for 90 seconds)
3.) Burpee (Complete as many as you can in 1 minute)
Side Lunge Reach (active rest for 90 seconds)
Compete exercise 1-3 first then do the second set of each exercise. That’s it, 15 minutes and you are done with the whole thing.
Trust me when I tell you there is magic in short, simple, but yet effective. I dare you to try this routine twice per week, first thing in the morning.
