In going to let you in on the modern methods of weight loss and muscles gain, NOT JUST WOKING OUT but diet as well, because as you know half the battle is what you eat! don’t worry to much if i’m a little rough on you… you have to be cruel to be kind they say, no pain no gain. You will get all the ladies with these tips boys and if any girls are watching you can get that model figure you always wanted using the same routines, don’t worry you wont become really muscular (unless you take testosterone or something) which is you choice i suppose.. i mean if you really wanna grow chest hair and a giant penis, by the way, if you read this whole thing I commend you.. I mean honestly this whole thing is a total take on what some dieters believe from people on youtube who talk total crap about routines and to easy diets that wont get you any results, anyway, I hope you enjoy this little charade and continue to watch my future videos, OH and also for once this video doesn’t include maxmoefoe ahahaha…. Home Cardio Workout — Better Than P90X

In this video, I show a great home cardio workout that I’ve been doing lately. This workout is great for losing fat and building a ripped beach body. It’s many times more effective than long, slow cardio workouts like treadmill jogging — and it only takes three minutes! It’s definitely one of the best cardio workouts at home that I know of.

Best of all, this home cardio workout can be done with NO EQUIPMENT, and no gym membership needed. It’s extremely simple — you just have to learn three basic bodyweight exercises to do it.

Here’s how to do this home cardio workout:

Squat thrust — 10 reps
Mountain Climber — 10 reps (counting 1-2-3-ONE-1-2-3-TWO)
Squat Jump — 10 reps

Repeat these exercises until you have done 100 reps total. You will end up doing 40 squat thrusts, 30 mountain climbers, and 30 squat jumps total.

Credit for inventing this home cardio workout goes to DAVE GINSBERG, Dan’s jiu-jitsu coach in Boston. If you’re in the Boston area Dave is a top notch Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, and highly recommended for martial arts instruction. He’s also a great personal trainer and has many more great workouts like this which are very effective, and can be done with minimal equipment.

Hi everybody, in this video I show you how to strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles and butt (gluteus maximus muscles) using a simple standing technique with weights. This is a wonderful exercise to add to your sit ups and crunches routine to make sure you target your core so that you can achieve that flat strong stomach. The added bonus is that it also works your butt and hamstring muscles. You can do this exercise at the gym or at home. I recommend doing it at least 3 times per week.
