Hedberg 1 Hour Fitness Program: 20 min. Cardio Part 1 (Freddie’s Modern Kung Fu 2010)

We will begin with a warmup/cardio for 20 min. since we are doing a 1 hour program today. Purchase a jump rope and work on gaining proficiency in it, this will be one of your main tools for cardio fitness.
