Hi, in this video I show you how to do my ab routine for achieving a flat toned stomach and a strong core. My featured tip uses weights in order to expedite achieving strong abdominal muscles in less time while using traditional crunches. You don’t have to spend enormous amounts of time doing situp routines if you use proper form and concentrate on using your abdominal muscles properly. Please give it a try. You will see results! Remember good form is the key and so is consistency. I never leave the gym without doing my ab work. A strong core will help your back as well if you suffer from back problems. Be careful when adding weights to your routine if you have any type of neck or back injury. You don’t want to make it worse. Start with light weights if you are new to using weights. Hi everybody, in this video I show you how to strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles and butt (gluteus maximus muscles) using a simple standing technique with weights. This is a wonderful exercise to add to your sit ups and crunches routine to make sure you target your core so that you can achieve that flat strong stomach. The added bonus is that it also works your butt and hamstring muscles. You can do this exercise at the gym or at home. I recommend doing it at least 3 times per week. This is my home gym updated. Tuff-Stuff Multi-bench w/preacher attachment, Tuff-Stuff Squat/Press Rack, Body Solid Dumbbell Rack w/ DB’s up to 100lbs (soon updating), Enough plates to do some damage, Tuff-Stuff AXT-2, Vision Fitness Treadmill. Tuff Stuff power squat/calf press. Later I also added a Tuff-Stuff Squat Cage. Eagle Fitness Seated Calf raise. Eagle Fitness Flat Bench.

Sorry about the background music being so obnoxiously loud, my camera pics up audio too well I guess. I was streaming Pandora from my droid, just discovered the beauty of that!
