Does being sore after a workout mean the exercise is working?
i did an abbs, thuns, & buns workout tape and im really sore today [the day after]
;does this mean the exercise is burning my fat? or im doin something wrong?
When you workout your muscles tissue tears. Sounds bad? Not necessarily, when they rebuild themselves they get bigger. Make sure you take protein as this can help your muscles get bigger. Also when you work out lactic acid forms Don’t worry this isn’t bad either its just the process of fermentation going on in your body. Just make sure you get a full 24 hours rest before working out those areas again.

Exercising helped me to lose a load of weight once I married it together it along with using acai berry. I know they say that pills won’t work, however they definitely worked for me, and they have been shown on CBS News too. There’s a free trial going on currently at http://tiparatd.good.one.pl , try it out, why not?

That’s a good thing. Keep exercising it will go away it just means your muscles are growing. Once you get past the pain it will be easier to build,

Some people claim that the soreness is a result of lactic acid buildup in the muscles, while others say it is due to micro-tears in the muscle fibers. Anyways, it is nothing to be concerned of unless it is really painful. Mostly it’s just unpleasant.

The soreness you are experiencing is really the body’s natural response to pushing yourself to a higher level of physical activity than it’s normally used to and a part of our body’s normal process of adaptation, which is an amazing progression in which our body breaks down, then starts the recovery process, heals and rebuilds. As a result, we get stronger (the process of building muscle). You will notice that the soreness usually hits you the second day after your physical activity and after a day or so of uncomfortable soreness, you get progressively better and soon return to feeling your normal self. Have no fear, in most cases of DOMS, drinking lots of water, applying ice packs, heating pads, hydrotherapy or a simple warm bath with Epsom salt will all help the recovery process.Just found a rockin Max Workouts site for online deals
