Werer you drinking …
Werer you drinking water while you were woring out? Usually after working out intensely, people experience losing water weight ( including glycogen ). In your case, you actually gain1-2lbs more. Do you calibrate your blance before you weight yourself? I won’t really worry about 1-2 lbs differnce. If anything, you should be measuring your body fat .

various reasons, u …
various reasons, u may have actually drank more water than you lost during the workout, you may actually be eating more now that you are working out more intensely, or you may actually be gaining more muscle.
during exercise things are broken down into lactic acid, and this too plays a role in all of this. Many track runners will tell you that their coaches order them to take cold showers after exercise because it helps reduce chances of gaining.
dont worry too much about this though.
