What is the best workout or exercise to do for a smaller waist?
Hi I’m pretty fit already. I just want more of a hourglass figure. Just a smaller middle section. I have a 24 waist now would like to be 20 or 22. Can some help me?
Your frame might not be small enough for such a tiny waist. If you are carrying excess fat, then you can lose some inches. Calorie reduction and/or exercise are the only way. You cannot "spot reduce" fat without liposuction. If you are already fit, you might not be able to reduce your waist. Build some glutes and delts and it will give you more of the shape you are after.

Here’s a good website I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before. If you want that Hourglass figure, I highly recommend this site!
