what is the most effective workout/exercise?
what workout/exercise will make someone loose weight the fastest and how many minutes should that person do it for? and how many days a week.

It depends on what you like to do for physical activity. Running, I think, is said to burn the most calories per half hour. If you’re not able to run efficiently (such as myself – I have an injured ankle) or if you don’t care for high-impact activities, then I’d recommend step aerobics. I enjoy it and, depending on your current weight, you burn anywhere from 500-700 calories in an hour. I’d also recommend light weightlifting 2-3 times a week.
Think about whether you would want to work out at home or at a gym. I work out at home mostly and just have a few hand weights, a step, and 3 workout videos. I’ve managed to lose weight pretty well by doing 30-45min cardio 5x/week, weights 3x a week, and eating 5-6 small meals a day.
You’ll want to make sure you regulate calories too.
