		<description>It depends on what you like to do for physical activity. Running, I think, is said to burn the most calories per half hour. If you&#039;re not able to run efficiently (such as myself - I have an injured ankle) or if you don&#039;t care for high-impact activities, then I&#039;d recommend step aerobics. I enjoy it and, depending on your current weight, you burn anywhere from 500-700 calories in an hour. I&#039;d also recommend light weightlifting 2-3 times a week. 
Think about whether you would want to work out at home or at a gym. I work out at home mostly and just have a few hand weights, a step, and 3 workout videos. I&#039;ve managed to lose weight pretty well by doing 30-45min cardio 5x/week, weights 3x a week, and eating 5-6 small meals a day.
